No Guarantee of ResultsSearch engine rankings and results are not guaranteed. Rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the state of your website. We use professional, best-practice methods to improve your visibility, but we cannot promise specific positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.3. Fees and BillingFees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on or before the first day of each billing period, and work begins after payment is received.4. CancellationEither party may cancel the services with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already billed are non-refundable except as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.6.
